Founded and operated by Dr. Joseph R. Purita of The Institute of Regenerative Medicine, ivlabs’ goal is to help our patients find their ultimate form of wellness through natural modalities, as opposed to masking symptoms with pharmaceuticals. ivlabs thrives on enabling our patients to live their best lives by improving their mental clarity, immune function, physical performance, and more.
Why IV infusion?
Why IV as opposed to just oral supplementation and a healthy diet? In short: the bioavailability of the ingredients. This simply means that 100% of the vitamin, amino acid, or mineral in each infusion is delivered to the bloodstream of the patient. If taken orally, only about 20% to 30% of the same ingredient would ultimately be delivered to the bloodstream. It is once delivered to the bloodstream that the ingredient is able to exert its beneficial effect on the body.
About our founder
Joseph R. Purita, MD is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who has always questioned the status quo in medicine. Over 15 years ago he started exploring more natural alternatives to surgery for his patients and now has done over 10,000 regenerative medicine procedures. Considered a pioneer and leader in the industry, Dr. Purita frequently lectures to other physicians all over the world, contributes to scientific publications, and treats professional athletes. Alongside regenerative medicine treatments, IV infusion therapy fits naturally to help his patients recover from everything from major surgery to a common cold. Dr. Purita is an avid researcher and is constantly refreshing the ivlabs protocols to follow the most modern science. He has extremely high standards for the quality of ingredients and the expertise of staff members, meaning that patients receive only the best with ivlabs.

Dr. Joseph Purita, MD
Nurse Bella is our Nurse Manager and has been administering concierge mobile infusions for many years. She has an extensive background as an ICU nurse, specializing in trauma, transplant, complex surgical and neurological cases, and now works closely with Dr. Purita at The Institute of Regenerative Medicine. Bella has a wealth of knowledge about all things health and wellness and trains all of our expert registered nurses.
